Once you give us the go-ahead, we typically have professional photos taken and the listing live within 2–3 business days. From there, most well-priced, move-in-ready properties find a qualified tenant within 2–4 weeks, though timelines can shift with the season, price point, and property condition.
Maintenance requests are logged and coordinated with one of our vetted local contractors during regular business hours, with repairs scheduled as quickly as possible.
Rent is collected monthly and disbursed to you by direct deposit, typically before the 15th day of the month. Each month you'll also receive a detailed statement showing rent collected, any expenses paid on your behalf, and your net payout — plus a year-end summary for tax time.
