Please fill out the application in full. Applications submitted without supporting documents will not be considered.

You must complete all parts of the application below. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in rejection, delays, or decline of the tenancy application.

We thank all applicants in advance — only those short-listed will be contacted when there is high interest in a property. Applications are not approved on a first-come, first-served basis, nor does applying guarantee acceptance.

If approved, a pet damage deposit of half of one month's rent will be required, subject to owner's approval.

Employment Information

Supporting Documents

Please provide the following supporting documents pertaining to your application:

  • A copy of all of the applicants' photo ID (Driver's License or Passport)
    • Feel free to redact any information other than your name and the photo.
  • A copy of the applicant's employment letter / student enrollment letter, and if applicable, a copy of the work visa / student visa
    • If you are self-employed, please provide a brief description of your business, and a copy of your most recent Notice of Assessment or any official document confirming you are the registered owner of the business.
  • A copy of all of the applicants' most recent credit report with credit score (Equifax or TransUnion), including the full Accounts section of the report
    • You can obtain this from Equifax or TransUnion.
    • If the applicant does not reside in North America, please provide a comparable accredited credit report from the applicant's country.
  • If the property allows for a pet, please provide a photo of your pet and a brief description.

Applications submitted with no supporting documents will not be considered.

Consent:

  • I hereby certify the information provided above on this form to be true. I hereby give permission to the Landlord or Landlord's agent to use the information collected herein to contact my previous or current landlord / landlord's agent and employer, in order to make a decision regarding this application to rent.
  • The Landlord has the sole discretion not to approve my application for tenancy without disclosing the reason.
  • If the application is approved, the Applicant understands that the above information will also be used and disclosed for responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy, and complying with legal requirements.
  • Coldwell Banker Prestige Realty has the right to not process incomplete applications.
