- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations related to residential tenancies.
How we share it
Application information may be shared with the property owner, a credit reporting agency, and references you list (current or previous landlords and employers), solely for the purpose of evaluating your application. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Form providers
General contact submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Rental applications, including uploaded documents, are processed through Basin. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy practices.
Data retention
We retain application and contact information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable landlord-tenant and record-keeping law.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
